Little Helper Goes Dutch (February 2009)

The multi-award winning manufacturer Little Helper has announced the appointment of Dutch nursery distributor Bacookie to distribute its products exclusively in Holland.

The Etten-Leur based company, distributors of brands such as ABC Design of Germany and Baby Boum sleeping bags, recently exhibited the Little Helper range at Holland’s premier consumer show in Amsterdam with great success.

Bacookie Director, Stefanie Mons-van Olst said, “We first saw the Little Helper brand at the Kind und Jugend exhibition in Köln last September and thought that the FunPod HighChair was the most innovative product of the entire show. Bacookie is a relatively young distributor in Holland, but Little Helper’s product range fits perfectly with existing products and our search for new and innovative products. We have had a great response from retailers and consumers in the first months of sale and we are confident sales growth in Holland will be strong”.

Little Helper’s Sean Johnson said, “We looked at a number of distributors for the Dutch and Benelux markets, and we chose Bacookie because it is a very dynamic and proactive company with the same values and aspirations as Little Helper. It has an extensive distribution network and total belief in our products, so we are very happy with our decision”.
