At this moment in time, we are dealing with a unique and ever evolving situation as a result of the COVID-19 virus. As more people take the sensible precaution of self-isolation at home, we are seeing a greater demand for our products that will keep our little helpers entertained.
As a company we have taken a number of precautions by ensuring that office staff are now working from home and operations within our logistics area have been restructered to ensure that contact is minimal. We have plans in place to ensure that we can work through this difficult time in order to continue to provide a first-class service to our customers.
We are still working on a next working day delivery basis for all orders received by 11am within UK mainland and 3 days within Europe. However, please be aware that there may be slight delays due to the virus on deliveries to some areas, particularly within the European mainland. We are constantly in discussion with our carrier partners to minimise any disruption to deliveries.
